The tradition of drinking whisky on the rocks can be traced back to ancient Scotland, home to the ancestors and inventors of whisky. In those times, before ice cubes and freezers existed, history tells us that the most resourceful Scots chilled their whisky using cold river stones. Today, many people enjoy whisky and other spirits with one or two ice cubes. Using these chilled "rocks" allows you to enjoy alcoholic beverages and other drinks at a refreshing temperature, without diluting them due to the melting ice.

Use and care for ice / Stone
First use: Boil in water for 15 minutes. Then, let it cool completely and rinse with plenty of water to remove any traces of dust or residue.
Regular use: Moisten with clean water and place the ice cubes in a resealable bag, then store in the freezer. Keep them frozen for immediate use. After use, rinse thoroughly with water; soap is not necessary. Return the moistened ice cubes to the bag and store in the freezer.
